As an Incorporated Association in Queensland, the Club is presided over by an elected Management Committee. Committee Members serve a two-year term and are eligible to stand for election at the end of their term.

Annual General Meeting: Held post auditor’s report between July 1 and December 31 each year. Notification is sent to all members.
